How can we close the sales ? I think this is a very interesting topics that always discussed by many businesses and entrepreneurs what can they do to close the sales on what they are promoting. I used to struggle closing the sales in the past and I have figured out the four important questions to answer each time i'm drafting out my sales letter to my prospect. I think this technique will be applicable to the offline business as well.

We are always wanted to sell our products and services but most of the time we will face rejection simply because we want to sell it but we never consider the need of the prospects. Do they really want our products? How can we help them to solve their problem ? I will show you what are the four effective questions that you should be asking yourself all time and each time drafting a sales letter or making your sales presentation.

You have to put yourself in the prospect position and not yours as a seller because a seller will always wanted to sell the products without consider the need of a prospects or potential buyers. Try to switch your position to buyer in drafting your sales letter or sales presentation with the below four questions. It is powerful and effective if you seriously sit down and think about the exact answers to it. You will make a good sale in return.

1) Why should the prospect consider to buy products and services
offered by me ?

This is a very good question and very powerful question that you should not take it lightly. You have to point out the problem of your prospect and show them how your product can solve their problem.This must come with real fact and not make up story. A man need to drill a 4mm hole on the wall because he wants to hang up his family picture. He has a hand drill machine but without a 4mm drill bit. Now, he has a need of 4mm drill bit to solve his problem. He will go to hardware shop to get his solution because he knows that he could find it there.

Can you see the illustrated story you have read ? The buyer will look for those who is able to provide solution directly to solve their problem. You have to find the niche and identify their need to tell them that you are the right people. You can provide them with the solution.

2) Why should the prospect must buy the products and services from me only ?


This is another critical point to consider as you have a good products and services that can provide good solution to your prospect and you have to convert the prospect to become your customer here with your past experienced or your exisiting customer testimonial.You have to convince the prospect with proven evidence that you have the right products and services. Give him the firm reason why he should purchase from you but not your competitor. Share your experienced of how you help your customers as detail as possible.

3) Why should the prospect must agree and accept the price you're offering ?

You have to make sure that your price is justifiable to the products and services offered by you which features and benefits is worth paying compare to your competitors. You don't want to simply plug a figure from the air. Do some home work. You have to make a comparison chart to help prospect to see what he pay is much less than the actual value out there in the market.

For Example, if you would hire someone to set up and design your new website,you might be charged USD500 but if you are buying my step by step guide only cost you USD50 you will have the same end result with many other bonuses.

Can you see the diffent ? You must show the comparison price in this manner. Remember to show actual total value in the market and end with convince your buyer that same resultwill be produced.

4) Why should the prospect must buy now and pay now ?

This is another sale tactic that you must apply. Use the " urgency approach ". You have to get your prospect to buy it now. If the prospect has visited your page and leave your page , the prospect will forget about you. We want prospect to take action now. One important way is to give Free Bonuses away to have the immediate response from the prospect making purchase.This is one of the effective way to help closing the sale.However, the bonuses you give must be useful items and not easily access some where else. This is to make them feel special.
